
COURSE OVERVIEW:
We know results are from making good nutritional habits consistently. If you our clients are not making it a lifestyle, they’ll get poor results. As coaches, our first point of call to help people is always with their nutrition. We know this is what will deliver the bulk of the results.
Occasionally, no matter what your advice or how good your nutrition programming is, the client doesn’t achieve the expected results. Why? As I already said, a fit body and good health must be a lifestyle. That not only includes nutritional habits, but a number of other key areas in our daily life.
There can be a number of lifestyle factors that hold back our clients results, but from experience their training, sleep and stress levels are of the most significant and common for these lack of results. So in this course you’ll learn how important these lifestyle factors can be, and how to successfully coach them with your clients just like their nutrition.
